He views Animals Have Feelings as the playful follow-up to his previous project, Rap Beats Vol. 1. This record features a mix of his signature instrumental hip-hop and a select few rap tracks, including collaborations with Earl Sweatshirt ("Mirror"), Action Bronson ("Mr. Wonderful"), and Jeremiah Jae and Oliver the 2nd ("Lord of the Rings").
