Texan trio Khruangbin named after Thai word for airplane - influenced by Thai rock and funk from '60s & '70s, sounds available via compilations/albums from ZudRangMa Records. No lead vocalist, but songs in Con Todo el Mundo feature distant, shadowy backup vocals. Guitar does most of the talking with ethereal surf/desert blues riffs, plus Middle Eastern percussion, loungey vibraphone, & humorous taunts.
