The Happy End Masterpiece boxset, released in 2014. Happy End was a Japanese folk rock band active from 1969 to 1972. Composed of Haruomi Hosono, Eiichi Ohtaki, Takashi Matsumoto and Shigeru Suzuki, the band's pioneering sound was regarded as avant-garde to most Japanese at the time.
Featuring half-speed mastered heavyweight vinyl, digitally remastered CDs, 36 page booklet featuring images of master tape boxes, test pressings, recording documents and recording session photography, a 48 page replica of Takashi Matsumoto's lyric notebook, replicas of the original LP sleeves, inserts and obis (vinyl only) and Paper sleeve CD sleeves all in a 320×320×30mm storage box.
